This is a fun little fascinator. The base is a red crinoline fascinator with a splash of black spotted tulle and a sprinkling of red feathers. Sitting on top of the base is a holly leaf teacup
with a red and gold bow. The cup is adorned with pale green trim and has a gold rose on the saucer.
